In an exhibition of rare kindness not commonly seen amongst company’s chief executives and successful entrepreneurs, Queen Lilian Chinonso Osuofia  , the amiable  Director and Chief Executive Officer, Jigsimur International, has once again put long lasting smiles on the faces of his staff and orphans.           

This show of natural milk of kindness has become a lesson to other entrepreneurs and  has continued to demonstrate that motivation of workers and charity to the less privileged are key factors to success in the world of business.

News planet international confirm that as part of Jigsmur’s  mid-  year promotional activities last Thursday 21st July, 2022, Queen Osuofia in her  usual characteristics,  showered multi millions Naira cash gifts on over 71 members of staff, doled out 50 Android phones worth millions of Naira , including clothes and food items to an orphanage. 

The quintessential Igbo Queen, who was the cynosure of all the guests at occasion ,  marked the event at Lagos Travels Inn, Toyin Street, Ikeja, Lagos.

Indeed, it was a gathering of  eminent Igbo and non- Igbo  personalities including top Igbo captains of industry and numerous  members of the Jigsmur family.                                                                               

It would be recalled that the event was not the first time Jigsmur Boss, Queen Lilian Osuofia, was extending such gesture to her staff and charity organizations.                                                         

Many guests and staff members confirmed that She has been extending such love for several years, however, this year’s outing was massive and as usual brought happiness to the homes of many of her staff and the less privileged in the society.

In her brief speech, Queen Osuofia stated during the event that welfare and motivation are some of the cardinal policies of Jigsmur International and she would continue to show love to her staff as a form of motivation for them to work harder and equally identify with the less privileged in the society.

“When you make your staff happy, they will be motivated to work harder and that is what we have been doing in the company over the years to achieve success” Osuofia stated.                                                     

Besides her members of staff, Queen Lilian Osuofia has touched the lives of the less privileged in the society by taking care of both their material and emotional needs through her brand, Jigsmur International.

On her philanthropical gestures,  Queen Lilian stated that she derives great passion in assisting the less privileged in the society and that she has no limitation to the extent which she will go to assist, adding that nothing would stop her from giving, however she  advised her staff to learn the spirit of giving, which she said is  one of secrets of prosperity.                                                                                                                           

Guests at the event agree that Queen Osuofia is a name to be reckoned with in the compensation of the multi-level marketing industry in Nigeria. “She is a brand in business development for multi-level startups in the world. She had participated in the design of many companies and started her multi-level marketing career in 2003.

 Over the years, she has won several cars, several gadgets and other monetary awards for her hard work and managerial skills in human resources.
