NANS Pledges Nigerian Students Support To Lagos State Police Command In Crime Fighting

In a bid to positively impact students and strengthen the effectiveness of Community Policing in Lagos, State Commissioner of Police, CP Abiodun Alabi , last week interacted with members of the National Association Of Nigerian Student.

The students drawn from on Friday May 6, 2022 played host to students of tertiary institutions in Lagos State under the aegis of National Association of Nigerian Students, were said have had a positive parley with their CP Alabi, last Friday, May 6th, 2022.According to the statement signed by the State Police Image Manager,Mr. Benjamin Hundeyin, a Superintendent Of police,SP, CP Alabi commended the students for the visit while enjoining them to partner with the police in ensuring a safe and secure society by providing timely and useful information.Responding, the group who were led by the Chairman, NANS Lagos Axis, Comrade Olusesi Tolulope, pledged the unflinching support of the students to the police in the fight against crime and criminality.

while canvassing continuous engagement between the police and all stakeholders as a way of ensuring a crime free society, Alabi assured all residents of Lagos State that officers and men of the Command have been charged to ensure effective service delivery within the state.
