HUMANITARIANISM : Eze Sunday Ojukwu Unveils ‘Eze Ndigbo Amuwo Odofin Foundation’ On Saturday,August 24,2024

Determined ever willing to contribute his quota to the society and humanity in general, an astute, selfless Igbo leader and business mogul, Eze Dr. Augustine Sunday Ojukwu, has concluded plans to officially unveil his philantrophic project, known as ‘Eze Ndigbo Amuwo Odofin Foundation ‘.

The event Slated for Saturday August 24, 2024, is expected to be honored by dignitaries cut across different works of life, including Captains of Industries, Non Governmental Organizations, Traditional Rulers, Ezes in Diaspora and government establishments.

Eze Ojukwu in his invitation notice said that he would use the unveiling of the Foundation to celebrate his birthday, while giving glory and honor to God Almighty for sparing his life.

‘Eze Ndigbo Amuwo Odofin Foundation’, which actually but deliberately had started operation in a quiet and low key level since Four years ago,was a vision, concept and idea that birthed in the year 2020.

However, the Organizers have opined that the Foundation when fully on steam, would cater for the needy and less privileged members of the society in Nigeria ,but with special attention to Amuwo Odofin residents and Alor indigens in Anambra State.

In a brief interview with the News Planet International, the Founder, Eze Dr. Augustine Sunday Ojukwu, the Eze Udo 11, Eze Ndigbo in Amuwo Odofin LGA, an astute business Mogul,whose diverse sources of income,comes from his building materials investments and the hospitality industry , said his inspiration comes from God Almighty,while the publicly known giving spirit in his immediate family lineage, has been a motivating factor in all his Philantrophic gestures.

On why he decided to formally unveil the Foundation, Eze Ojukwu , explained that the present economic realities in the country, worsened by hunger, joblessness and suffering ,spurred him more to go public, with the mindset of contributing his quota and giving back to the society and humanity.

A peep into the Foundations program in the remaining part of the year ,indicates that there would be Medical health outreach, Accident victims assistance, School /Education sector endowment projects, Prison Inmates program and end of the year empowerment in FESTAC Town come October, aimed at assisting the needy, Widows, hopeless and less privileged in Amuwo Odofin LGA.

The Foundation Organizers says that they are open and willing to partner with National/ International Religious Organizations, Donor Agencies, Philantrophic Individuals, Private Organizations and other NGOs to achieve the United Nations Organizations,UNO set goals.
