The pragmatic Emeritus President of Ohanaeze Ndigbo in North Carolina, United States of America,USA, High Chief Dr. Ifeanyi Kevin Ogbonna,yesterday , extended his sincere but heartfelt congratulations, to the newly elected President – General,PG, of the Apex Pan Igbo Socio-Cultural organization, Ohanaeze Ndigbo World Wide, Senator John Azunta Mbata .
High Chief Ogbonna, who had an impactful reign as Ohanaeze Ndigbo President North Carolina, USA, during his tenure, also felicitated with the National Executive Council ,NEC of Ohanaeze Ndigbo World Wide, for the successful conduct of the Elections.
He however expressed his unflinching support and determination for the new leadership, adding that it is a momentous occasion for the Ohanaeze Ndigbo community.
According to Dr. Kevin Ogbonna, “This commendation reflects not only a personal acknowledgment of the new leadership but also embodies the hopes and aspirations of the Igbo people both at home and in Diaspora”.
It would be recalled that after the Ohanaeze Ndigbo World Wide National elections held on January 10th,2025, Senator John Azunta Mbata, known for his commitment to the welfare of the Igbo nation, assumed a significant leadership role within Ohanaeze Ndigbo Worldwide.
