Court Stops INEC From Engaging Oluomo Led Agency  To Distribute Election Materials

Justice Chukwujekwu Aneke of the Federal High Court sitting in Lagos on  Monday  barred INEC from using the Musliu Akinsanya ( aka MC Oluomo) led Lagos State Parks and Garages Agency from distributing election materials in the state during the general election.             

The Court presided over by Justice Chukwujekwu  Aneke in an Interlocutory injunction restrained the Independent National Electoral Commission in Lagos state from engaging Musiliu Akinsanya aka MC Oluomo and his drivers to distribute 2023 election materials ,and personnel in Lagos state.                                         

Justice Aneke made the order sequel to a motion filed by counsel to labour party, Abass Arisekola Ibrahim in the suit marked FHC/L/CS/271/2023
