House Of Representatives Elects Tajudeen Abbas As Speaker

It was a landslide victory for Tajudeen Abbas, member representing Zaria Federal Constituency of Kaduna State, as the House elected him Speaker of the House of Representatives.
The election which was conducted through voice votes saw Abbas leading his colleague and former Deputy Speaker of the House, Ahmed Idris Wase and Hon. Idris Jaij with a wide margin.
